Cancellation policy At Kamshet Paragliding, we aim at offering a well-organized and safely enjoyable paragliding adventure for our clients. For the simple reason that it is an outdoor activity, we have a cancellation policy which is suitable for the clients and for the uncertainties that the terrain brings. Please consider the following terms: Weather-related cancellations: If a flight cannot take place because of wind or other severe weather concerns, customers will receive 100 % of their funds back. Our health and security measures above all, and taking these decisions is only making based on the weather at that time. Cancellation from the participant: Installation cancellations can be done 24 hours in advance of your flight for a full refund. Full refunds will not be applicable for cancellations made less than 24 after the booking. On site cancellations. In case of a cancellation on the day because of a weather change and the client does not still want to fly on another day, the client will be refunded his/her advance payment in full or provided necessary that is cancelled rescheduled to another date. Last minute changes: Last minute cancellations or rescheduling of paragliding flights evolution occur.
